  I visited Tony's for the first time on a Friday evening. We arrived spring 5pm and just beat the rush. During hockey season it's especially busy because the western fair is so close.
  
  Service was pretty good. Our waitress was kind of sassy but that could've been because because she's old enough to be my grandmother. She was just a bit intense.
  
  The food, holy crap, was awesome. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start and hey we're fantastic. So cheesy and so greasy. My mom and I ordered panzarottis and the small was massive. It was as big as my face, I kid you not. And it was FULL of toppings. I swear they took one of those mozzarella balls you can buy at the grocery store and stuffed it in the dough. My fiancé had a shrimp pasta that came with a huge garden salad (the dressing was delicious) and warm bread. The portion for the pasta was quite large and looked pretty tasty. My dad had the chicken parm which looked delicious, the thing I found odd was that it came with a huge side of mushrooms. Kind of a random vegetable but he said the chicken was delicious.
  
  Due to the massive size of the entrees we skipped desert. The food at Tony's is phenomenal and you can definitely tell its home made.

  Back in London visiting family and returned to Tony's for panzerotti. The panzerotti was excellent...crispy on the outside and filled with so much cheese and pepperoni. And the sauce is exceptional...so good.
  
  Unfortunately the service was not good.  The restaurant was nearly empty and yet it took a hour to get the food to our table after we ordered. Not acceptable.
  
  While the food was great, not sure I will return with the poor service.

  Short and sweet, this place is far from Famous. The calzone/panzo is a staple of an Italian restaurant, and a good indicator of what the rest of the dishes are like. Simply put, these stink. They're expensive, the toppings are often skimped out on, and the cheese is WAY too much - likely to save on costs associated with putting in the toppings that you pay lots for. Many times now, I've had toppings not even come with it, and paid over 20$ for what has essentially been a small breaded pita with only cheese in it.
  
  The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star is the marinara sauce, which is fantastic, but notably absent from inside the actual panzo which is a shame.
  
  This place could be pretty good if they weren't so cheap and heavy on the cheese. There's so much of it, it legitimately looks like icing. Eesh.

  I have postponed writing this review for a few weeks because I was in between about giving this place a 1 star or a 3 star. While the food was meh at best I decided that the server made up for what this restaurant lacked.
  
  First let me say I came here on a Sunday and the place was empty except for us. The server was kind and quick. While the room was very romantic. I loved the feel of the place even though it looked kind shabby from outside it was much better on the inside. We were seated immediately and had our order in very quickly.
  
  I order the Alfredo and to this day I regret that. Just a few bites and I was feeling sick. The sauce tasted spoiled. Told the server who offered to get me something else. I refused to eat anything else from here. Why not try something else you ask?  Well that leads me to my next part.
  
  Unfortunately it was screwed over by the staff/manager yelling and cursing out their staff about 2 cooks quitting. Very unprofessional. From the moment we sat down to when our food was ordered all we heard was one of the managers yelling about it.
  Now when I told my server why I was not eating and I explained the reason since the food was gross. I also stated it was unprofessional to be yelling at their staff in the dinning room and couldn't they just take it out back.
  
  Now there is a silver lining to this story. The front of house manager did come over and apologize about the food and the yelling. He comp our meals and even gave us a certificate to come back to eat. The back of house manager did come over as well and apologize. I still refused to have any other food since the lack of cooks just meant the food would be bad still.
  
  But our server was funny and very interesting to talk with. We had a lovely conversation with him the entire meal and enjoyed his company very much. When I come back in to London later I will definitely try this place again and hopefully they have some new cooks by that point.

  A little disappointing this visit. Panzarotti was a lot of dough, tons of cheese, but seemed light on other toppings.  And are pasta servings downsized?  Service was excellent and friendly.
